The eight remaining teams depart Phnom Penh, Cambodia on the fifth leg of a race around the world for one million dollars.In this leg's Roadblock, one team member had to play in a Japanese-style game show called Sushi Roulette. Once all the teams arrived at the Roadblock location, the host would spin a wheel with 9 plates of ordinary sushi and 2 wasabi bombs sushi consisting of rice, nori, and a large amount of wasabi. The team member had to eat whatever was on the plate in front of them when the wheel stopped; if it was a wasabi bomb, they had 2 minutes to eat it in order to receive their next clue. If they failed to eat the wasabi bomb in the 2 minutes allotted, or if a different piece of sushi stopped in front of them, they would have to await the next spin of the wheel.
